The Plantie group was first established as Poo Trading Import & Export Sdn Bhd (PTIE) by Choong Poh Poo in 1992.

Choong’s vision to bring quality produce to every household became the driving force of PTIE in Penang, which later expanded to Kuala Lumpur as well.

Today, Plantie is a brand that is trusted throughout the F&B and retail industries for its uncompromising quality control and excellent customer service.
