Mooncake Challenge

The Mid-Autumn Festival, also known as the Moon Festival or Mooncake Festival, is a traditional festival celebrated in Chinese culture.

To make more interesting our plantie executives made the mooncakes from scratch and challenge first line managers to have a taste but the rules is need to be blind folded. Our plantie executives made different types of mooncakes such as tradisonal mooncakes, snow skin mooncakes with lotus seed paste, red bean paste and pandan filling.
